Rush Orders – We accommodate rush orders on a case by case basis. If you are in a hurry, just drop us a note and we will see what is achievable.
International Orders – We are happy to ship internationally (Excluding fabric orders to Italy).
Customization – Many Dreamspun items are handmade which allows for some customization. Have an idea you want to run by us? Click on the ‘contact’ button at the top of the page and drop us a note.
Returns (Clothing and Supplies) –We strive to be easy to work with. If you don’t like an item, we are happy to take it back. Just box it up and send it our way. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and be returned in as-new condition. Any variance of these terms will result in a 20% restock fee, and/or item sent back to you without credit/refund being given. Custom made items are only returnable for in-store credit.
Returns (Patterns) – Our patterns are 100% guaranteed. If you cannot understand the sewing instructions, we will return your money. Please note, we are not guaranteeing the quality of your sewing or your sewing skills…we are only guaranteeing that our instructions are understandable.
Fabric Care – Nylon chiffon can be machine washed on a delicate setting. Please note, a hot iron will melt your fabric. Steam is the preferred method for getting out wrinkles.
